"I have been with State Farm since I was 16. Unfortunately my agent passed away. I was given to a temporary agent until State Farm’s gave me a new permit home. I received a letter from Andrew letting me know of the changes and not to worry nothing is changing to my policy, that he’s happy to have me as his new client. In the letter it said that they would be reaching out soon. They did call me earlier this month, I missed the call but, the message was friendly and reassuring. They wanted to introduce themselves, let me know their address, make sure I had their phone number, and if I need them to please feel free to call or stop by with their hours of operation. I called Tuesday 5/27 morning and talked to Michael, I was greeted very kindly. I said sorry it’s been 12 years since I had to do this, I got a new car yesterday and I need it to replace my old one. He congratulated me and walked me through it. It was such a simple process. I asked him about a towing receipt I had from the old car and I wasn’t quite sure what to do. I was just recently moved to them and didn’t know their process. We chit chatted like we were old friends catching up. Micheal even knew to call me Nicki, I don’t know if there was a note of it or if he was just that intuitive. Micheal called me back after he looked into the best way to move forward with my new car and old, and the receipt. He let me know it was still covered and if I could bring it in they get that taken care of. He also let me know that he had sent an email with my temporary new insurance card, but he printed one out for me that I could pick up when I came in. Talk about going over and beyond. I mentioned that I do need my insurance card sent to me, but I don’t mind doing my bills online in the app. If you are looking for a State Farm agent that is kind, professional and has your best interests at heart you should definitely contact them. I look forward to many more years with you. I think State Farm found me the best new agency. The office is very clean and welcoming!! Thanks for making me feel like I’ve been your client for years."
